There has been an increased demand from the community for veterinary care. Our goal is to provide quality individualized medical care in a timely manner. No-shows, late shows, and cancellations inconvenience those clients and their pets who are in need of veterinary care. We have implemented a No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy due to these overwhelming occurrences.

Doctor Appointments: We respectfully request 12 hours advanced notice to cancel an appointment. This will allow us time to offer the appointment to another pet who is in need of treatment. 

Surgery: If you need to cancel your pet's surgical procedure, we prefer 72 hours notice. However, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel the surgical procedure. 

Repeated failure to cancel appointments within the requested time may result in a required non-refundable deposit to schedule appointments in the future.
